Return Policy

At Aabdar, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. This policy explains what qualifies, how to request a return, and how refunds are handled.

17-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The 7-day period starts from the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted, as our products are consumable.

2What Can Be Returned

  • Sealed, unopened water bottles and packs in their original packaging.
  • Items that arrived damaged, leaking, or defective.
  • Orders where you received the wrong product or quantity.

3What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or partially consumed water bottles, for health and safety reasons.
  • Items without their original seal, packaging, or label intact.
  • Custom or private-label orders made specifically for you.
  • Items reported after the 7-day return window has passed.

4How to Request a Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page, or email info@aabdar.com.
  • Share your order number and the reason for the return. For damaged or wrong items, a photo helps us resolve it faster.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies, usually within 1–2 business days.

5Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the item is collected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit to your Aabdar wallet, whichever you prefer.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

6Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please report it within 7 days.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any delivery fee, at no cost to you.

7Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched for delivery.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled but may still qualify for a return under this policy.
