Every morning at 4 AM, our plant in Lahore's industrial area begins filling the day's bottles. By noon they're on riders. By evening they're in your fridge. Here's what happens in between.
Stage 1–3: Extraction and pre-filtration
Water is drawn from a certified underground aquifer 80 metres below ground. It passes through sediment filters removing particles larger than 5 microns, then through activated carbon that removes chlorine and organic compounds.
Stage 4–5: Reverse osmosis and remineralisation
RO membranes remove dissolved solids down to 0.0001 microns. The water is then remineralised — calcium, magnesium, and potassium are added back in precise ratios to hit our target TDS of 120–150 mg/L.
Stage 6–7: UV sterilisation and ozone treatment
UV light eliminates any remaining bacteria. Ozone treatment provides residual protection and extends shelf life without affecting taste. No preservatives, ever.
Bottling and dispatch
Bottles are filled in a sealed clean room, capped, labelled with the batch number and fill time, and loaded onto refrigerated vans. From fill to your door: under 24 hours.
